The existing balance is 14" x 5/8" with a green tip; the green tip is not offered in the 600 series, what should I do?

Green Tips are not often used for 5/8" diameter balances. Can you confirm that you don't have a 3/8" diameter balance instead?

If you are certain your balance is 5/8", then I recommend weighing your sash on a scale. You can then cross-reference its weight to the chart we have on the S600-33 store page to determine which is best.

Dave, thank you. They are 5/8", so I weighed the sash, which was approx 11#, and ordered the white tip.
