spiral balance and pivot shoe replacement

I need to replace 2 spiral window balances from windows that are 30 years old and also need the pivot shoes. Balances are 3/8" and 1 window balance 25" long and the other 29". Pictures included. Can you tell me the parts I need?

Hi Jim. If the outer tube is in fact 3/8" in diameter, and the outer tubes are 25" and 29" long respectively, then see our S900-25 and S900-29. If you're unsure of what color tip options to select, weigh the window sashes; you can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each color tip option on the product page. As far as your pivot shoe goes, our 15-045 is a possibility, but I can't say for sure unless you remove the pivot shoe from the window and compare the width and thickness to see if it matches. Let us know if it differs in any way.
