spiral balance and pivot shoes

Hey there window experts.
Having issues with a tilt-out window--balance rods and pivot shoes not in good shape.
Can you identify these parts? the spiral balance is 29" long, appears to be 3/8" diameter and has a green tip. I did not remove the pivot shoe but am wondering if you could make an educated guess as to its dimensions based on the pictures showing the balance and shoe in the channel.
Also, will all 4 balances in a double-hung window like this have the same lengths? I did not think to measure all 4 until after leaving job site.

Hello,

The balance in your photo resembles our S900-29 spiral balance with a 3/8" diameter tube. There is a good chance that the other windows will use the same specifications as long as they are the same size but I would recommend double-checking since I can't guarantee they are identical.

As for your pivot shoe, we would need to see an undamaged shoe removed from the window, along with the exact width and thickness, to research your replacement options. Thank you!
