29" and 25" spiral balancers with yellow tips

Question

I need 8 - 29" tube length spiral balancers. 8 - 25" tube length spiral balances.
My windows are double hung, tilt. If I am weighing correctly, they each weigh about 17 pounds. The spiral balancer that is in each are the color yellow! How do I order these?

We should be able to help, but I'd like you to confirm the diameter of the outer tube before I suggest anything. If they're 3/8" in diameter, then you want our S900-29 and S900-25, respectively.

The Green Tip option for the S900-29 carries 14 through 26 pounds, which is perfect for your sash weight. Yellow would be too strong. Meanwhile, there is no Yellow tip for the S900-25; you'd want the Green tip here once again.
