Hi there! This looks like a typical tilt-window spiral balance. If the outer white tube is 3/8" in diameter then I would recommend our S900-28 as a replacement.

Not sure which balance weight to get. You can see the color of the tip. I can't decide if it is a white tip that is discolored or a yellow tip. We can't find the name of the window on it anywhere. Please advise. Thanks.

It is very likely a white tip that has become discolored, but the old fashioned White Tip is not the same as modern White Tips. My recommendation is to just weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart we show on the S900-28 store page.
