spiral balances for window

Handy Person from Jacksonville Beach, FL
See attached photos. Photo of installed balance is not actual window, I have already removed the damaged balances. The window size is 34" wide, 74" tall. There are 2 identical spiral balances on each side of the window, a total of 4 balances. The total length of each balance is 36 & 3/4 inches. The shoe is still in place on each side of track, but one of the metal brackets is bent and the other is broken. Do brackets and shoes come with the new balances?
Can you give me a price to order 4 new spiral balances?

Thanks for posting! Since this is a tilt window, you probably need either our Series 900 (3/8" diameter tube) or Series 600 (5/8" diameter tube). Look them over and see what you think.

The pivot shoes are sold separately. I cannot be sure what yours is without knowing more specific dimensions. Can you remove yours from the window and show me a picture of it by itself? Can you also tell me its width and thickness? Thank you!

Thanks for the reply, Tom. I've attached front and back pictures of one of the pivotal shoes from the window. It measures 2" tall, 7/8" wide, and 1/2" thick.
Do you have pivot shoes that match these?
Thank you.

The closest I was able to find was our 15-179. This is 15/16" wide by 9/16" thick. It has the same metal cam, though, which means it'll probably work with your existing pivot bar. I also know that it works fine with spiral balances. So in terms of the parts that connect to this shoe, it's a good match. The only thing in question is size. If you think 15/16" wide by 9/16" thick can work for you, then I would definitely recommend the 15-179.
