spiral sash balance replacement

I have Kinro windows. I need spiral balance replacements. My sash is 28x29 and around 15 pounds I believe. the metal is 3/8 round and 29" long and with the spring collapsed it is 30 1/4 long. Do you have replacement for these windows and a tension tool for it.

Take a look at our S900-29 3/8" Tilt Window Spiral Balance. If your window weighs exactly 15 lbs, a Red Tip option should work for you. If you need a charger for installation, see our 75-006.
