My window screen spline measures between 1/3 - 3/16 hard to tell.
What size spline of yours will fit?

I don't know, unfortunately. In order to know what spline will fit, you need a more precise measurement of what you have in there now. All I can do with the given information is guess, and I don't think I'd guess right.
