Good morning, and thanks for posting! Could I perhaps see a few pictures of your casement operator as fully removed from the window? I'd have to see the full unit in order to identify what you will need.

In the meantime, please compare your hardware to our 39-331 & 39-332 Andersen E-Z Strait Arm Operators. Could these perhaps be a match?

I believe I should have asked for the straight arm operator - 13 inches long. I need a right and left. Also the shorter version and the sash balances. I will complete the order once you respond.

Thanks for getting back to us! I'm sorry, I'm a little confused. Do you think that our 39-331 & 39-332 E-Z Andersen Straight Arm Operators will work for you? If you aren't sure, we will have to see a picture of your own operator as fully removed from the window.

As for the window balances that you need, would you like us to help you identify them, as well?
