spring balances

Question

I was inquiring if you had left and right spring balances for my double hung window. It is a Certainteed and these are the numbers on the upper part of the window track BMDH3 and 12797553.1

The windows have been discontinued,

Hello! These photos are in fact a huge help, thank you! I recommend looking at our 15-180 pivot shoe, Series 190 coil spring, 15-181 double clip, and 15-182 bushing. I am very confident that these parts will match what you have in your window now.

Frankly, everything I see in your photos looks to be in working order except the coil spring. You probably only need to replace that. You'll also note that we have many Series 190 options. You should be able to use the number printed on your existing springs to confirm the best match.
