spring carridge for a single hung vinyl window.

16" long 1/2" wide. The sash is roughly 20"x18" single pane. The only markings I see are (15 2 EV CMC 2). Please help me find the correct replacement. I'd like to order two.

Hi Ken. This looks like either our S380-16 or S385-16. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 1520.
