spring coil balance assembly for single hung vinyl windows

Dear sir or madam,

The knob, where the screw driver is inserted and turned to move spring up and down is broken(when you see one of the picture in zoom you will see it). Which parts I need to replace.

will you please help with part number that I can order. Do I need to replace spring? or I can use the same spring.Can I find your parts in local store?

Looks like your pivot shoe broke. You can use our 15-180 to replace it. Assuming the springs are still in good condition then you can reuse them.

Sure, the 15-180 is compatible with the Series 190 coil spring, as well as the 15-181 clip and 15-182 clip drum.
