It looks like you have our 15-180 coil balance shoe. This works with the Series 190 coil spring. I have made a list on the right with the related items. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Looks like I need one of each to complete one assembly; need to order 2 for now. Will be ordering more if this is the correct assembly (shoe).
