spring for double hung vinyl window -possibly owens corning

Question

The spring on the inside of this rod is broken. We need to find out what part it would be please. The rod is 28 inches long. Rod is not quite 1/4" in diameter. Thank you.

Can you confirm the diameter of the outer tube? It should be either 3/8" or 5/8". If it's 3/8", we recommend the S900-28. If it's 5/8", consider the S600-28 instead.
