I am confident we have the replacement balances you'll need to repair your windows. There are just a few more details I'll need to confirm to identify the exact replacement.

To start, I am not able to cross-reference the stamp from your balance with the stamps on our balances. That said I'll need to se know the exact weight of your sash to confirm the right replacement.

I'll also need to know the measurement for the depth (front to back) of the bottom shoe. See the diagram below for reference.

Approximately 1" both the wing and the depth. No clue on the weight of the sash the window is 50 x 28"

Your balances can be replaced with the S380-27 Channel Balance. I'm sorry to say I cannot use the sash size to determine how much your window weighs. The size of it does not account for how much the framing material and the glass pane weigh in total.

Unfortunately, the only way to confirm the stamp you need for your replacements is to physically weigh the sash. It will important to confirm this especially the balances are made for the sole purpose of supporting the weight.

There is a chart below the product description of the balances that lists the weight ranges each of our stamps can support.

24 lbs based on a bathroom scale.
I will also need the top caps as they are destroyed this is from a different window

The the piece you have here is the top sash guide. Yours can be replaced with the 18-161 5/8" Sash Guide used on Norandex windows.

Take a look over the dimensions to confirm that these are the correct fit.
