I have a double-hung window. The lower portion has a lock at the top at the center, while each side has a spring-loaded mechanism to keep the upper portion of that window in its track. Both of those spring-loaded mechanisms are broken, meaning that when the center lock is released, a strong breeze can force that lower portion to blow in, pivoting on the lower pins in the track.
The only identification I can find on the window is the following:
Series 5245
AAMA/NWWDA
101/I.S. 2-97
H-LC25-48 x 78
Thanks for any advice, suggestions, etc.

Hi, John. My suggestion is to remove one of the latches, photograph it, take down the dimensions, and send that all in to us to take a look at. Does that sound do-able?

Thanks for the response, Mike. I went onto the Swisco website and was able to (I'm pretty sure) identify the part as a 'Top Tilt Latch' and I ordered 1 each Right and Left. I also appreciated the video on removal and replacement. Thanks again!
