I am afraid the patent numbers you have provided did not help us with identifying a replacement. Could you please take a look at our 26-122 vent latch? Do you believe this is a close match to what you have? Are your measurements compatible to ours?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but is Glen stating that your
26-122 are exact match for the vent latches in the picture? I would like to know before I order any. My windows have the ones with the numbers on them in the picture

I believe the customer from Glen Ellyn, IL. is saying it was a match, yes. If you want to be sure, we have detailed dimensions for the 26-122 you can use as a reference. I don't recommend going by the patent number, those shouldn't be used for identification.
