spring locks broken to open window hinge

Question

spring locks are broken to allow window to hinge open for closing. they are recessed into the window so not sure how to get them out for replacement.  they are 2 5/8 x 5/8

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry tilt latches with a curved tooth-like yours. The curve is often there to accommodate the spiral balance tube that runs the length of the window jamb. We've had some customers report that this was a problem when using the 26-243 and 26-244, while others have said it was fine. In either case, these would be our best replacement options at this time.
