spring replacement

Question

Hi,

I was told instead of getting a new window I could get a 'spring' replaced. I've attached the image of the sticker that's inside the window frame. Would this help with finding the correct part?

Hello,

It sounds like you need replacement balances. We can help, but we'll need to see a picture of the balance removed from the window with the length that you need and any stamp numbers.
