Your balance cover resembles the 15-186 that is compatible with the Series 190 coils springs. This coil attaches to the 15-180 pivot shoe. 

Please review the overall dimensions to confirm a good fit! If only the coil is needed, take a look at the original to see if there is a stamped number on the metal that will indicate the weighted option needed. 

If there is no stamp, you will need to obtain the weight of the window sash that these coils support and divide by (2) to determine the weight of each coil since your window uses one spring on each side.
