spring slides

Question

These are 26" spring slides with C marking and hook top. I am using your 15-236 cam shoes which are working well. The closest thing I can find to replace the spring slide is a S795-26. Will the cam that comes with the new slide work? The old slide is furrowed on the end that connects with the cam. Can I switch out the top screw clip with my hook screw clip also? I assume I should replace both sides with new spring slides. Thanks

Hello,

We can't supply the S795-26 balances with the 15-18 pulley clip attached but it will need to be a custom order. The 15-195 stock shoe would work with the new balances since they do not have the same groove in the channel. If your balances are stamped with 26C, the replacements will also come with 26C options to support a sash between 17-22 lbs. We'll just need to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you!
