spring/pulley balance ID

Question

Length is 31". My bathroom scale measures @ 20# but could be off. Balance is 1/2"+ with ribbed profile. Spacer at top is about 1 1/2" long.

Thanks for posting. This looks like our Series 751 channel balance. Look it over and see what you think. Specifically, I recommend our S751-31 with a 30HD stamp option. This is for sashes weighing 23 through 29 pounds. For installation instructions, see the video below.
