Thank you for reaching out to us. I am confident we can help locate a replacement balance, but we need one more photo from you. I am unable to see your top balance shoe in these two photos, even when I zoom in. Is there any way we can have you resubmit another photo just showing the top shoe in an up close shot? The nylon fittings play an important role when recommending the correct replacement balance. Thank you. |

I apologize, maybe I was not clear. The nylon fittings on both ends of the actual balance are what helps determine which of our replacement balances to recommend. May we see some clearer photos of those fittings in an up close shot? Thank you. |

I understand that. What I need to see is just more photos of the balance. The photos you initially sent over are too blurry for me to see. We need to just see the whole balance so that we can make a recommendation. |

Thank you for the photos. I see the nylon fitting on one end of the balance but not at the other end. Did they break off? It's imperative we see the nylon fittings on both ends of the balance in order to suggest a replacement. If you could retrieve another balance from another window in the house that has both pieces attached to it, that would be a big help. That way we can make the recommendation you need. |

These photos are great, thank you. For your balance, have a look at our S380-36 and S385-36. The only difference between these two pieces is the 'depth' measurement of the bottom shoe. You will need to measure the depth of your bottom balance shoe, the way it is shown in the diagram below, to determine which of the two balances is a better. Whichever one chosen will go with the 3550 option that supports a sash weight of 30-35 pounds. As for your top sash guide, see if our 18-201 top sash guide will work. Alternate view of 15-004
