My stamp option on window balancer is 2990 which is not among the one you have, is this will cause any problem for me?

Stamps that end with "90" are an old type. Manufacturers have since changed how they designate codes. One of our options may still work, but I recommend placing your sash on a scale to determine its weight, then referring to the chart we show on the S351-30 store page. That will tell you what will work.
