You will also notice that your 3635 stamp doesn't match our listed stamp options. Can you weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us the weight? We can determine the proper strength option from there.

I'm afraid we can't confirm the correct stamp option without the precise sash weight. I know you said you couldn't weigh the window, but we don't recommend guessing or estimating the weight as that could result in problems with supporting the window if the weight is off.
A pair of balances with the 3550 stamp will support a sash weighing 30 to 35 pounds. A pair of balances with the 3560 stamp will support a sash weighing 35 to 39 pounds.
Please note that you only want to measure the metal channel when determining length.
