Question

missing on one of my doors is a brown rubber washer,about 3/4 inch in diameter, goes over white plastic wheel at very top of door.  (there are 4 wheels with these brown washers.  I am missing one.

I'm afraid I don't know what this piece may be. Would it be possible to see a picture of one of the washers you still have? Can you also show me a clear picture of the complete roller assembly it goes on? If we can't get the washer, which is likely, we may at least be able to get you the roller.
