steel rollers for Milgard sliding door

Home Owner from santa barbara ca
I have a 10' sliding door and is heavy. I have had milgard come out and replace both tandem rollers, however, it did not help much. They said they don't use steel rollers. My dimensions are close but not exact to the 81-149 Stainless Steel Sliding Glass Door Tandem Roller (which I ordered and tried but did not fit). The areas that do not match are;

1. 81-149 measures 5-3/4" between holes, Milgard is 5-3/8" (3/8" longer so did not fit into existing hole-critical as it would require modifing door base to work)

2. 81-149 measures 1-3/16" height, Milgard is 1-1/8" (1/16" long, so would need to shim and this will impact the load on the body)

3.81-149 measures 4-5/8" body length, Milgard is 4-3/4" (1/8" shorter so should work)

Do you have a different tandem roller with the 5-3/8" between screw holes and 1-1/8" in height (the amount of the body that need to go inside the door.

This is a very peculiar roller, and we haven't been able to find anything like it. Could you re-use your existing housing and simply replace the wheels with something like our 81-266 kit?
