Can the steel track be cut at the end because my opening isnt exacly 6' ? And does this kit come with instructions on how to put everything together? And how much would the shipping cost on like an estimated guess

The exact length is 71-3/4", but if you need to cut it down more you can use a hack saw. Instructions do come with this kit.

Yes, the track by itself is 23-512.
