i discovered that the spring track on the left side of the window(from inside the window) has the following numbers: 26 5 DW CMC 4. One of the rollers has been damaged such that the pull cord can no long stretch the spring. Can i buy a replacement for the whole spring loaded mechanism

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't use the window sticker or just the number stamped on the balance to ID your hardware. We must see an undamaged balance removed from the window. Clear and close-up photos of the top and bottom fittings as well as the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord are what we're specifically looking for.
