Im looking for a mortise lock set.

it says pado and latao.

overall length 7 9/16

outer hole spacing 6 15/16

width 13/16

Hey, Shawn. I can't be certain of what you have based on this picture alone. Our 40-049 may be a possibility. It's not exactly like what Pado uses, but I have used it myself in the past. What do you think?
