Unfortunately, we could not locate your clip through any of our suppliers, and we believe it is no longer available. Your clip looks like it is in good shape. If the screw is the issue, you might need to re-thread the hole and purchase a new screw at a local hardware store. 

If you do need some extra clips, take a look at the 70-071 clip. We can't make any guarantees, but this clip might work if you were to install it in the opposite position compared to the way your current clip is installed.
