tenants removed this to install a dog door and now the door won't lock.

Hi there! I've seen this keeper a couple times in the past. I'm afraid we've never been able to track down an exact match. The best option we have is to stack two smaller keepers to make up both slots. We have two sizes: the 89-029 and the 89-041. You'll want to pick whichever keeper matches the depth you have now, then double up so that one installs on top of the other.
I know it's not the most elegant solution but it's the best option we have for this part. Sorry we couldn't give you anything closer!
