need a replacement part for the forever view door bottom sweep S/N A788401

I'm afraid I couldn't use that number to find what kind of sweep you have. Take a look at our 58-162 replacement vinyl sweep. I believe this can be used on Forever brand storm doors, but carefully look over our photos and dimensions to be sure.
