We can't be sure since your latch is still installed and broken but it do remind me of the 91-001P, which uses the 91-003 spring. Take a look and compare the specifications shown on our product page to an undamaged latch. 

As for your tilt pivot, take a look and compare the dimensions of the 95-182 to your part. Thanks for posting!
