Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but the end tip that has broken off of the latch shown in your photo is an important detail that we use to determine if we carry a suitable replacement. If you could show us the end of an undamaged latch, we can go from there. Thank you.

Thank you for your replying. The end actually broke off. We were able to find one that worked with a little force. Have a good day!
