stormdoor lockset is broken and needs to be replaced

Hello, we have been unable to find a replacement lockset for our storm door with the correct measurements and hope you may have something that will work, we would like to get a replacement in a black color, the only engraved marking we can see on our current one is "LATAO", thanks so much! Hi I may have been incorrect in saying I wanted to find a replacement lockset so I figured I would update my inquiry just in case "lockset" only refers to the locking mechanism... we need to replace the entire set on the stormdoor i.e. the handle and lock (everything that is shown in the pictures I sent) sorry for the confusion, thank you, Kim

Hi Kim. Take a look at our 40-049. Look over the dimensions and see if this matches the design of your old storm door handle set.

Hi no it doesn't exactly match, ours is 7" where yours is 8 1/8" and from screw to screw ours is 6 3/4" and yours is 6 1/2"

I do believe the 40-049 and the 40-183 are your closest replacement handles. The measurement that are important are the ones on the mortise latch face on edge of the door. See if the mounting screw holes on your mortise latch matches the ones from the web site by clicking here.
