straight arm opener i think a 39-095

the end of the arm has a u shaped slider that connects to the operator channel that slides up and down as the casement window opens and closes. the outside part of that slider has broken off. Thus the window will open, but not pull shut. it appears the arm is about 9 and 3/8 the best i can measure it.
i cannot get the handle part out and am afraid of breaking something. i did take the two wood screws out of the handle base.
from the inside the window opens out to the left.

It sounds like your operator is stripped out.

Take a look at our 39-095, compare the dimensions to your current operator, and see if this will work for you.
