striped operator shaft

can i just replace a striped  operator shaft ? or I must replace the whole assemble ?

You can send us a photo of your operator (from above, with the whole thing in the photo) and we will assess the condition of the part. If you can spare the operator, we will suggest the parts to fix it. If it needs to be replaced, we will let you know, as well.
