Thanks for posting! There is a good chance we can supply you with a replacement for the casement operator you have but I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator. I'll especially need to see the arm(s) and how the operator connects to the bottom of the swinging window sash. You'll need to disconnect the end of the arms.
