stripped crank gear

A home owner from west palm beach, florida says:
have no idea how old this is. bought a condo and the crank appears to be stripped. cannot identify so that i may get it replaced/repaired

Hello,

I can't make out the hole at the end of your operator link arm that connects to the internal window linkage but we do carry a few similar options that would be a good place to start. Take a look at the 39-054, 39-259, and 39-432 to see how the specifications shown on our product pages compare to yours. 

If none of them is an exact match, please write out your exact installation hole spacing and the diameter of the hole in the link arm. From there, we'd be happy to research this further for you. Thank you!
