crank stripped-set screw doesn't tighten enough to get a solid grip to turn window operating screw.

Thanks for reaching out! We do not sell this exact handle but our 39-205 is a folding type and should work well as a replacement. Take a look and this crank handle and see if it would be a fit for you.
