stronger corner

I have had to rebuild some old window screens and purchased the equivalent of 95-111 at my local hardware store. These corners worked great on small windows, but on two very large windows that I have, the corners snap every time I take the screen down for cleaning. Do you carry a closely sized item that is metal or a much strong plastic?

Item 95-111 has the correct measurements of the item I need.
