The photos of the bracket I have attached has rusted and the pin rusted from the arm which makes it not able to attach the operator arm to the bottom of the window. I purchased a new operator, window crank and operating arm. Can you advise on which bracket I need to replace the rusted one.

Thanks for posting. I am afraid I'm a bit confused as to what you need. I see you previously purchased the 39-171 operator, which connects with the 39-545 Stud Bracket, which you also procured. This piece you're showing me looks more like its part of a window hinge, like the 36-048. Now, you already purchased the 36-048. You'll replace the entire old hinge assembly with the new pair. The video below shows how. If I am mistaken, and this was indeed a stud bracket for a different operator assembly (i.e. not the 39-171), please show us the existing casement operator, and I'll see if we can find something better.
I have attached photo of the top of the good window. On the top and bottom are these attachments. There is a post on top of the flat bar I sent pictures of before. The post for the bottom bar rusted of that's what im looking for.

That appears to be the hinge, which I mentioned above as being replaced by the 36-048. Have you tried installing that yet? Have you also watched the video I linked? If not, I highly recommend doing so.
My old system does not have a roller to attach to the window. All it has is the bracket with a pin. That was the flat bar picture I sent. The flat bar attaches to a stud, Which has rusted off.

I'm not sure what you mean since the 36-048 hinge shown below does not roller. Based on your photos and the information you've provided so far, this would be our best replacement option.
