they are for our sunroom we just moved in here and the house was in disrepair, everything is old, the parts here in photos have a little letter R or L, I think meaning right and left side of window, they slide on the cross bar on the windows as you can see by photos, there are 2 arms per window. This is an old summer cottage at least 75 years old
