I can not find a replacement track! Please help

You would need to contact the manufacture or supplier of your patio door to get this exact track. Our 80-106 could possibly be a good replacement, but you would need to retro fit it to your door. You might need a contractor familiar with patio doors to do the installation.

For once I agree that 80-106 should work for this door. I would first pre-drill the track. At least 3-4 evenly spaced holes. Don't put them too close to the rail, it is short and the rollers could hit the screws. Then put a bead of silicone under the track, center it, and put screws through the flat portion to hold it down. Be gentle with the screws, they will rip right through the vinyl if you aren't careful.
