swivel style clip for window screens

Question

I'm looking for this style window clip to build new window screens for a customer and I can't seem to find them. Hoping you can help. We need to build this for a customer and i'm hoping we can keep the screens conistent rather than trying to find a substitute clip.

I'm sorry to say that I've never seen this clip, either. The good news is that these aren't exactly complicated, so finding an alternative should be an easy matter.

Before I say anything for sure, though, I'll need to know if your clip is flush to the frame or not. If it's not, I need to know the exact offset so that I can find something that will be compatible with your frame.

Please make sure all dimensions are written in your response. A photo of a tape measure or ruler will not be sufficient. Thanks!
