The photos shows opening in window casing five inches long one half inch wide. The next photo show assembly installed on inside of window. The next photo shows the open/close assembly it measure five and one quarter inches long and one and a half inch wide and this sits on inside of window. The last photo show assembly installed from outside of window. The assembly is secured by six screws on outside window casing. One screw on each side holds a metal clip securing the assembly then their is four screws which anchors the bottom of assembly to window casing.

Hi Harold. These look like older versions of the 39-091 and 39-092 ROTO Casement Operators. Unfortunately, ROTO has discontinued a lot of the hardware associated with these operators as of late, including the bracket arms that connect the operators to the casement window. The 5/16" hex crank handles that work with these operators are also no longer available. We apologize for any inconvenience, and many thanks for considering our business.
