hi, I'm looking for a "t lock balance shoe" named as I found it in google, for my work place in Brandon, FL, is almost 12 years old property and we have some issues with windows, we already got the springs but we need this parts, I attached 2 pics of it, I really apreciate if you can help me to found them to my property, thanks in advance
