Those numbers are often associated with our 81-018 roller. This may very well be what you need, but I personally wouldn't trust those codes too much. I've seen them be wrong before. It's always a good idea to carefully compare our pictures and dimensions to your old part to ensure that everything matches up.

The dimensions are the same as 81-018 EXCEPT please note the odd shape of the mounting tabs in the picture. The tabs on the ones I bought were flat as in your description/picture and thus were slightly too long to re-install the door.

I see exactly what you mean. I do see this roller from time to time, but I'm sorry to say that we don't have a solution. We have tried many different rollers as potential substitutes but none have matched. I'm not sure who may still carry these, either, but over the years I've been forced to conclude that it's not made anymore. At the very least, it's not something that's available to us. I apologize for the inconvenience.
