3/4" wide
1 1/6" tall
double tandem wheel
1 1/4" steel wheels
3 1/8" long
These are the dimensions of the rollers I've removed from my door....which replacement would be appropriate?
Thanks
Randy

Good morning, and thanks or posting! This roller appears similar to our 81-154 Tandem Roller Assembly. Please compare its dimensions to your own hardware and see if you think this can work as a replacement!

A question concerning the posted photos from Randy on 10-17-12. I have the same rollers as he has photographed and posted. I could not be for sure about Randy's but mine does not use a second screw to hold the roller in place it relies on the two thin cut pieces of metal on the top of the roller that bow outward to hold in the track of the door. Is the 81-154 still the roller for me or is it held in place this way

The 81-154 actually also has cuts to slide in the patio door. Are you sure it won't work for you? How do the rest of the specs match up?

Size works. The real question is how does the 81-154 hold itself on the door because mine does not have a second screw that screws from the frame into the roller.

The specs matchup fine the real question is how does the 154 hold itself in the door frame my door does not have an additional screw that screws through from the outside of the frame into the roller assembly it is held in by compression from the height adjustment screw.

If compression is holding your existing roller in, and if the dimensions are the same, then I think the 81-154 should hold in the same. Does your roller have the extra hole on the bottom of the housing like our 81-154?
